iPhone 13 Pro suddenly stopped charging
When plugging in a charging cord (tried several), my iPhone will not charge. Another iPhone plugged into the same cord/charger charges just fine. It all happened after my shower. I took my iphone to the sink, put some soap on my hand and washed the iPhone briefly, and then quickly rinsed it. Since it's supposed to be submersible for up to 30 mins in a swimming pool, I figured it could handle a quick 5-second rinse and dry.
I didn't notice any issues until I plugged it into the charger as I was placing it into the phone holder in the truck. It said something about the connector being wet. So, I blew in it, several times, and shook it to shake it dry. Then I plugged it in. I seemed to be charging just fine, but later when I went to use it there was not as much of a charge as I expected to be after driving over an hour and a half. So, I plugged it into the charger, and that's when I noticed that it wasn't charging.
I powered it off, and then plugged the charger into it and it came back up, which tells me that the iphone "is" seeing the charger, but it still does not show charging. This seems like a "soft switch" that has turned something off.
