The minimized keyboard is gigantic. See video for issue.
I have reset, turned on an off the accessibility, it seems to be stuck.

Seems you can easily "Resize" the Accessibility Keyboard:
While you’re using the Accessibility Keyboard on your Mac, do any of the following:
in the top-right corner of the keyboard, then choose Resize Proportionally (to remove the tick). in the top-right corner of the keyboard, choose Zoom, then choose 100%. More info: How to: Use the Accessibility Keyboard on Mac - Apple Support

I know, it's very odd. I'm thinking my only option may be to do a full re-install of Sonoma to see if that fixes the issue, but was hoping there were some other options (like some sort of terminal command to force the accessibility keyboard to reset or something).

Resizing the keyboard is not the problem.
And then? The issue still occurs in safe mode. I tried again turning it off and on with no luck.
It really weird how that is happening, don't think I have seen anyone else with this behavior.
