M1 iMac says printer (Cannon Imageclass D 570) is offline but I can air print to it from my iPad. I even sent the required print information from the iMac to the iPad and then printed it successfully.
Tried the suggestion to shut down router, printer, Mac, others and restart with wait time: no change

Try deleting the printer and re-adding.
I didn't know how to delete the printer or to reset the system. I added the same printer to the system again and it worked. Thanks for the replies
He provided you the link on how to reset the printing system that has the instructions, scroll up to that post and simply click the link....hint it's in blue. Also, if you use Google (www.Google.com) you can find instructions yourself for how to do anything from deleting a printer to how to bbq chicken.
