Logic Pro 10.4.4

My iMac is version 10.12.6 macOS Sierra. Logic Pro is 10.4.4. Do I have to re-purchase Logic Pro to get the lastest 10.8 version if I also buy a new iMac?

No, you don't have buy Logic again. Just log in to the AppStore with your AppleID on your new computer and search for purchased items.

Except you need at least Ventura MACOS 13.5 to download the latest version.
