How do I remove previous owner's Apple Account? My iphone was previously my mums, she gave it to me around 2 months ago. Ever since ive had the phone, it was been showing my apple account as hers on apps like app store, phone and messages, and on my apple family in settings it shows me with her name but it shows my age. It also has her with the same things just not age and picture. If i try to change my picture and or name on the phone app it also changes her contact on my phone. What can i do to fix this? Logout of your daughters Apple ID and login again with yours.

You will lose access to the apps and files in your daughters Apple ID while performing this procedure
