Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a higher OS. That model's maximum one is Monterey.
Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split iTunes into several applications; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.

Where is the link to check on the compatibility you have screen shot above. I have a slightly newer mac running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 27 inch late 2013 i5 with 16gb memory. Want to know what the max OS i can use without running into trouble.
