Google maps through hearing aids

Google maps on my phone has the sound coming through my hearing aids just fine until I get in the car and it switches to calling the phone to the car radio. It makes a new phone call for every turn etc. My car radio is set up to answer the phone and I would like to retain that feature. Short of disabling the Bluetooth in the car is there any way to force the maps voice to come through the hearing aid only? The hearing aids are also connecting to the phone through Bluetooth.

bluetooth device conflict I have hearing aids that have bluetooth that I use to accept and make calls on my iphone 11. I also, sometimes, use my bluetooth speaker to listen to music, but I do not want to take calls on this device for a variety of reasons. how do i change the settings so that my music and video audio goes through my speaker, but my calls (both send and receive) are managed though my hearing aids? thank you
