USAA Visa card works for Apple Pay NOT for Apple One

So confused. I have used my Apple Pay successfully just today yet my subscriptions (Apple One) is coming back as declined. Same card, not out of date not at limits, not out of date, no new phone etc. I also got a notice that an IG subscription (on the same card was declined). This is a USAA Visa card- no problems on the card end just with Apple. Anyone have a suggestion? Tried adding the card again- and it came back that the card already existed.

I’m writing to ask about the current issue preventing RedToPay Visa cards from being added or used with Apple Pay. My card used to work properly before, but it no longer connects to Apple Pay.
