Mac Mini A1347 2010 Issue

Sounds like the internal drive has likely failed. Did you just try reinstalling macOS over top of itself or did you first erase the drive for a clean install?

You can try booting the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected, unfortunately the diagnostics don't detect most hardware issues. If interested, I can provide instructions for creating & using a bootable Linux USB stick to check the health of the internal drive. Or you can install macOS to an external USB drive to see if that succeeds. If so, then you can use DriveDx to check the health of the internal drive and posting the complete text report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.

Download the Knoppix v8.6.1 DVD .iso image if it is still available since I know that works without any problems, but the most recent v9.x one should also work, although I have not tested it with older Macs. Get the file with "EN" in the name for ENglish. Use the downloaded .iso file as a source for Etcher (Mac, Windows, Linux) to make the bootable Knoppix USB stick. Option Boot the Knoppix USB stick by holding the Option key immediately after hearing the startup chime, and select the orange icon labeled "EFI" from the boot picker menu. The Mac may appear frozen on the Apple boot picker menu while booting Knoppix, so make sure to give Knoppix lots of time to finish booting.

Once booted to the Knoppix desktop, click on the "Start" menu on the lower left corner of the Taskbar and navigate the menus to "System Tools --> GSmartControl". Within the GSmartControl app double click on the icon for the internal drive to access the drive's health information. I believe there is a button for saving the report to a text file. Just copy & paste the report here.
