Audio muffled in voice messages, but it's fine in videos

So, I noticed this problem in whatsapp at first, and it's basically like when I record a voice message, I'm barely audible and there's a lot of static like noise blocking out my voice. Yet, when I record a video, I can hear myself crystal clear. I also tested other apps where you can record voice messages, like messenger, and the voice message audio is STILL muffled on there. Any help?

audio muffled only on camera app Ive got the 2020 Iphone SE, whenever I try and record a video with the Iphone Camera app it sounds muffled, but when I record using Snapchat it sounds completely fine, no muffling. i’ve gone through all the settings and i cannot seem to find the reason on why the Camera app is muffled and not the other apps (e.g snapchat, instagram) if anyone knows a fix on how to unmuffle the sound on the camera app please respond.

My xs max has muffled sound from video I just had xs max for the first time and i noticed that with my phone camera sound is muffled when i record videos. But when i do it with instagram the sound is just fine. is this still gonna have a resolve or never?
