How do I set or change my alarms on my apple watch?,

Press the Digital Crown>you will be at your apps>press the alarms app (it looks like a old wake up caller) there you can set your alarms and change them

How can I set an alarm on my Apple Watch only? Hello, id like to set a wake up alarm for sounds and haptics on Apple Watch but not iPhone, I keep phone outside bedroom when sleeping, but my alarm for waking up (sleep focus one) keeps going off on iPhone and it’s pretty loud, is there any way to disable the alarm on iPhone while keeping it on watch, with the sleep tracking on?
