Hello, can you help me over the Case ID?

I am having iPhone 12 Mini which is in service centre now for the same issue third time. I purchased this iPhone in December 2022, I have already replaced the phone camera 2 times earlier and this time I got the same issue. Service centre told me that sir, If you need any assistance to replace my device, you need to connect with Apple care and now I am continuously chasing Apple to replace my device as it got same issue 3 times. I had submitted by device on 22nd December 2023 service centre location One Horizon, Gurgaon named Unicorn Apple. I need your help.
