Since you are claiming to be a target worth truly immense exploit acquisition and exploit development costs—I’d guess a chunk of a billion dollars would be involved for what you are reporting here to exploit three major vendors to exploit a fourth major vendor to exploit your iPhone—clearly nobody here can help you with this.

The expense of the exploits involved in what you are claiming here would put you on par with the costs and risks of exploiting senior members of major governments, defense, and security agencies.

Which makes your security requirements far past what free assistance can be offered in some random forum.

Or maybe you might discuss this—whatever this is—directly with Verizon, as they seem to be the common factor here.

While Developer tools cannot be installed on your device remotely, a developer can install apps on your device if they have physical access to it and use Xcode from a Mac to install the app on your device. This is only possible if your device has Developer Mode turned on. To turn off Developer Mode or verify if it is on, follow this support article.
