iPhone15 Pro Max does not show WiFi Icon even though router says it is connected. No problem with the WiFi.

I just bought a new iPhone 15 Pro Max yesterday. Migrated all data and settings from 11 Pro Max to the new phone. I connected the new phone to the WiFi, and the WiFi icon on the top right showed up for a few seconds and disappeared. restarted the phone, the icon showed up for a few seconds and disappeared again. I checked the WiFi router for connected devices, it says the new iPhone 15 Pro Max does connect to the WiFi.

Check to see if your software is updated…settings>general>software update…make sure it’s updated

Could also try resetting your phone (press volume up key, then volume down key, then only hold power button until your phone switches off and you see the apple logo appear). Think click, click, hold because this reset needs to be done rhythmically. It won’t erase anything.
