Upgrade Amazon music unlimited to family plan

I am trying to upgrade from Amazon unlimited individual to Amazon unlimited family and cannot find a way to do this. Has anyone encounter this issue and how did you fix it?

The ONLY option available through iPhone is to cancel the subscription. There is NO "upgrade" option from Individual plan to Family plan. How can I change my Apple Music Family Sharing subscription to Apple One? I have an apple Music family sharing account and I am thinking of switching to Apple one Family sharing subscription, I do not have any sort of Apple devices, where as the rest of my family group has apple devices. I understand that I would not be able to use apple one services like Arcade and news, but my main question is how do I change my existing Music subscription to Apple one through Android or windows as I am the organiser.
