Beginner with iPad - Need help with basic skills

I am a complete beginner to using a computer and iPad. I purchased the latest iPad on recommendation from an Apple salesperson and cannot find tutorials or any help. If anyone has feedback or thoughts on how to get started I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello Laurie,

Tap/click on Table of Contents, at the left side, and start learning all the available native Apps and their related settings.
