Cannot subscribe to apple arcade

Everytime i try to supscribe to Apple Arcade a screen pops up saying “cannot connect”. I have no internet problem, i tried it with WIFI as well as Cellular network but it keeps saying “cannot connect”. I don’t have this problem with Apple TV nor Apple One. Only with Apple Arcade.

tvOS 13.0 can't run Arcade Games Hello! Today I was able to open Apple Arcade in my Apple TV and download the games I'm playing on my iPhone. But when I try to open the games, the Apple TV do nothing. Other games and apps works as expected, I try to reboot, sign off and sign in again but nothings. Anyone of my Arcade games opens when I tap on the icon. Is a bug?, what could I do? Thanks!

Apple Apps not working on Apple TV Hi. I have an Apple TV 4 device in Kenya and so far had a great experience. I just moved in Nairobi to a new location. Since then the native Apple Apps (Music, Movies, TV) no longer work. The message reads “currently not available- please check your internet connection”. All other Apps work normally. My speed is also great. Other devices don’t have issues. I restarted the device. I restarted my rooter. No change. Thanks for any advice.

App Store access barred by arcade sign up screen I can’t seem to be able to access the Apple TV App Store, I am presented by a screen inviting me to sign up to Apple Arcade but can’t get rid of it.
