ls that there is a problem with my credit card, but when I check it out, I can't find anything wrong.

I've received emails from Apple telling me that there is a problem with my credit card which may affect my upcoming payments. When I check my card, I can't find the problem. I did recently update my card, so the "good thru" date has changed along with the 3 digit security number. I tried removing the card and then resubmitting it, but it won't let that happen either because I have "active subscriptions". I can't find anything that makes it look like a scam? The email looks legit, and it linked me to this forum. Any advice would help. Thanks
