My phone won’t charge and there’s nothing wrong with the charging port or charger

Have you tried a different power source and a different cable (even if there is “nothing wrong” with them)? Are both Apple products, or at least certified as Made for iPhone (MFI) and not “gas station or supermarket specials”?
Once that is confirmed, get a bright light and a toothpick and clean out the port on the bottom of the phone.
