Apple Pay not transferring to wallet

I received 2 Apple Payments via text message from the same sender, and neither payments are showing in my Apple wallet.

Settings show auto accept is on, and additionally I went to the messages to accept and they show accepted already.

The money has also left the senders account, but is not showing in my Apple wallet for me to use.

What is happening?
