Apple TV error

I am trying to stream a movie from iTunes but keep getting the download error message. I have since streamed another movie and that works fine but original movie still gives error msg?

Cannot download on Apple TV due to movie being on another device? Apple TV is not letting me download a rental movie, with the error ‘To download, delete it from your other device’, however I don’t have it on any other device and have checked. Can anyone help?
