Apple TV is not letting me download a rental movie, with the error ‘To download, delete it from your other device’, however I don’t have it on any other device and have checked. Can anyone help?
Downloads of rentals are optional. You can stream without downloading.
Any rental download will get invalidated after the rental period.
Downloads and partial downloads can be considered on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC. Depending on app settings, a download may start automatically.
Other devices wouldn’t support downloads of purchases or rentals.
