How do I Change the Time Zone on multiple (100s) of photos?

How do I Change the Time Zone on multiple (100s) of photos at once? The current IOS is letting me change the photos' locations but still has the date stamp linked to my home address instead of the holiday location now associated with the photos. There is a solution given in this forum previously BUT the View > Metadata tap no longer has "Batched Change" as a selection option even if I have multiple photos selected. If multiple photos are selected, then double-clicking the date results in "look up" & doesn't open the time zone selection that you get when 1 photo is selected.

Thanks.

I'm using macOS Monterey 12.7.2, and Photos Version 7.0 (460.0.120) on a 2021 14" MacBook Pro M1Pro.

Here's a work-around, based on adjusting the image date/time, not the location.

Beginning at Library, when I select multiple images (hundreds), I then select Image, then Adjust Date/Time.

In the US, a time zone change is typically by one hour, so I moved the highlight to Hour, and used the up/down arrows at the far right to select -1 hour.

Then select Adjust, and the date/time of every image will be adjusted by -1 hour, zero minutes, zero seconds.

I didn't attempt to adjust Location.

(Of course, I selected Cancel, because I didn't want to actually adjust the time of these images in my photo library.)
