Adding a child’s profile to my iPhone 15

I would like to add a child profile to my iPhone, one where I can let her play on my phone but restrict what she can use while also being able to access my own profile for my usage.

reason being, I like to let my 7 month old watch movies on my phone while I’m at work but even when I use the Lock Screen option on Netflix or Disney she can still access the rest of my phone. I would like to be able to restrict that so I can leave her while my phone if needed and not have to make sure she doesn’t grab it. Please can someone help
