My ipad was spilled with make up remover while inside my bag. I didn’t noticed it until i opened my ipad. Then, there are marks on the screen that can’t be removed, but my ipad still works tho. My ipad is still on warranty. What should i do?

Accidental events are not covered by standard warranty, unless you subscribed to an AppleCare Plus Protection Plan.
I have no idea if and how it is possible to remove or minimize those marks on the screen. You can possibly visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, have your iPad inspected, and ask them for any available solutions.
