can't pay pending purchase??

i accidentally made an in-app purchase recently. this would be fine, except.. i bought it with money that isn't even on my account? now i can't download any apps without paying it off, and that's not something i can do. i'd request a refund, but since it's a pending purchase, i'm unable to do so.

How do I cancel a pending app purchase due to insufficient funds? I accidentally purchased an app and I did not noticed that I don’t have enough money. And the transaction is now in depending and I cannot download any other application. Will the pending application be canceled? What can I do in this situation? Pending purchases I recently purchased an in app purchase however as I was purchasing it, the application froze and restarting it did not give me my purchase however money was deducted from my app store credits and the purchase is now under pending for some reason. Today I purchased another in app purchase and it did go through with me receiving my item, however its also listed as pending?
