Unwanted pending purchase

5 days ago i bought what i thought was a 3 day free trial on a songwriting app. But the other day i found out it was actually a 1 day trial and i checked my bank account to see that the app tried to withdraw the money but it declined because i didnt have enough money. I went ahead and cancelled my subscription and i thought it was fixed but when i tried downloading apps or games it says "verification required" and wants me to add another payment method. I tried adding other methods but it tried to withdraw the money but i still didnt have enough balance. It says pending purchase on my apple id but i didnt want to make the purchase and i also dont have enough money to pay it and i think i never will. I have seen people online saying that i have to add a card with enough balance but i dont have that and even though i had i will be charged for a purchase i didnt make. I want to get out of this loophole. I contacted apple support for it but it didnt help. And also i dont think my money is guaranteed to be refunded even if i pay it.

You are welcome to contact Apple about this but in 20 years I have never seen anybody state here that they got Apple to shortcut the standard procedure.

If you contacted Support and the issue wasn't resolved, no one here can help you. No one here works for Apple or has access to your account.

Trial subscriptions must be canceled 24 hours before it is scheduled to end or it will become a paid subscription.
