At first I received a two-factor authentication code three times and then I received a call from +1 (866) 275-3866 I changed my password and then I saw that someone had acces to my account I immediately rejected them I am quiet anxious about my accounts safety
Apple will never call you unless you’ve asked a call back. Do you have 2 factor authentication enabled? Then they would also need a code from one of your trusted devices and your okay, but change your Apple ID password right now via the usual procedure to be safe

"The notification might include a map of the approximate location of the sign-in attempt. This location is based on the new device's IP address and might reflect the network that it's connected to, rather than the exact physical location."
If you're connecting with wifi and not cellular, and the Internet service provider has their headquarters in another location, it may report the service provider's location and not where you are located. If you're using a VPN the location could be the VPN server's location.
I do have 2 factor authentication enabled I received a code from two different phone number’s when the person was trying to acces my account I also changed my password immediately I am pretty sure my account is safe now but the weird thing is that when I tried to log back into my account on my Ipad it showed a whole different location instead of where I am actually located
When logging in on your apple device it sometimes shows a different location. For example, I never had something like this happening to my Apple ID but whenever I sign in it is always saying “from Amsterdam” which is my nations capital but I am nowhere near Amsterdam. I am in the Netherlands, sure, but Amsterdam is more then 100kms from here. So I won’t worry about that notification
