Cannot see older Apple Pay transactions

All Apple documentation claims that you can see your entire Apple Pay transaction history on your iPhone simply by opening Wallet, clicking the relevant credit card used to pay and then scrolling down to see older transactions on the "Transactions" tab.

However, there is no such tab and I can only see the last 9 or 10 transactions. Others in this forum have lodged the same question and no one has responded, so I suspect this a flaw in Apple's documentation and/or product.

Can anyone help?
