Background ringing noise when I record a video

i just got my iphone 12 and i noticed that everytime i record a video in the background there’s a ringing noise and i don’t know how to fix it please help!!

Camera App video recording sound wuality terrible since upgrading to ios 26 All videos recorded using the camera app since upgrading to iOS 26 have terrible sound: one cannot hear ambient sounds like bird calls, waves, cars passing etc. All that comes through clearly is voice! This is NOT THE CASE when recording videos with other apps like WhatsApp or Facebook! It’s definitely some kind of filtering applied in the camera app that is NOT user adjustable! Every video I’ve recorded since iOS 26 is useless! 😕 iphone 11 iOS 26.01 I’ve tried all the usual approaches: force closing, reboots, everything I could find in settings etc. A call to Apple Support suggested erasing and restoring my phone…I’ll try that later today… I cannot be the only person on Earth with this issue?!?

I am experiencing white noise problem while shooting videos on iPhone I have been experiencing some problems when taking videos, there seems to be white noise on the background which ruines my videos . Please assist. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Probably you mean screen recording.

While screen recording internal audio is always muted to prevent piracy. You can only record external audio.
