Random pauses while I'm in a game, but if I tab out of game to see the problem it plays no problem.

I've used apple music on my web browser for years now. I have never had a real problem with it until recently. Whenever I'm playing any kind of video game, like Rocket League or Call of Duty, it will randomly pause, sometimes the pause last 15 seconds and sometimes they last not even a second. Everytime I tab out of whatever game I am playing the random pausing stops and it will play the music like it never even had a problem. Please help me as the itunes app just keep totally freezing up and isn't even usable and now my Apple Music web browser is barely usable. Thanks in advance.
