Spilled MacBook consequences.
I spilled very very little water on my macbook air M1. 2 weeks passed and its perfectly fine. What consequences
should I notice? I cant go to apple.

It is impossible for us to guess what damage your computer may have. Damage due to liquid spills is often extensive and ongoing due to corrosion.
Make sure you maintain data backups to prevent data loss in the case that your computer stops working due to the liquid spill.
