Saving Outlook for Mac contacts to .csv

I would like to save my outlook contacts as a .csv file .. i have seen instruction to "do File > Export and click the option for "Contacts to a list (tab-delimited text file)."

but there is no option for "Contacts to to a list" in my export pop-up window

i am running Sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71), and Outlook for Mac is version 16.80

Also, any suggestions for good contacts manager for Mac? it seem to be neither Outlook nor the native Mac app are particularly useful (particualry need ability categorize and advanced search)
