I am trying to download and update app and it says that i need to update my payment but it doesnt allow me to remove nor add a new card and it also says i have a pending payment on a subscription however all my subscriptions are expired. Please help.

I cant remove payment method nor can i add a new one nor can i change my address. How can i get this sorted please ?
