Can't print wirelessly from 2 iPhones and 2 iPads after Installing a new G3100 and E3200 Verizon router and extender. I can print fine from my Macbook Pro. The printer is wirelessly connected through the extender. Everything has been updated and power cycled. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks.

I have the same router and extender and AirPrint works for me, but my printer is closer to the G3100 so it is not connected to the extender. So as a test you might try temporarily moving the printer to be closer to the router, or turn off the extender to eliminate the extender as the problem. I doubt that it is, but it’s worth a try.
After that (or maybe first), something really basic: Did you update the printer network settings to use the new router? I made that mistake a couple of months ago; I have 2 independent networks with different providers and different routers, and the printer was connected to a different one from my iPhone.

No, I use the out-of-the-box configuration on both the router and extender (with a MoCA connection between them).
That I can wirelessly print from the Mac under all conditions but none of the 4 iOS/iPad devices can is a real mystery. Also, it appears the 4 iOS/iPad devices can see the printer: on the iPhone, tap print > tap "No printer selected" > HP printer listed > tap HP printer name and options screen pops up > in 1-2 seconds printer name disappears and is replaced with "No printer selected".
No mystery; your Mac doesn’t use AirPrint; the printer has a direct network driver in Mac OS; iOS devices don’t.
However, are you using VPN on your iOS devices? If you are try deleting the VPN profile. And did you reboot everything after switching the router?
If it’s that old a printer it may need a firmware update. You should be able to do that from the printer control panel.
As far as not being the only one, there are 2 billion iPhones in use; no matter what problem you have, you won’t be the only one 😏
If HP has stopped updating it then it may no longer be compatible with the latest version of BonJour.

P.S. I reviewed your article on Airprint and had done these things or did them.

Yes, printer and all devices.
Something strange - still can't print from Apple Mail or Notes app but was able to print a status report directly from the iPhone HP Smart app. I am in the HP Instant ink program so for all I know it may not be using AirPrint but cloud print or something like that. This model is the HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 (6960 family), 5-1/2 yrs old, maybe this model now has issues with AirPrint, but this must have happened recently. Thanks for your help, I am going to try and Google this. Will let you what I find out.
First thing I did was check for a firmware update. Says I am up to date.
