Why App request request being rejected

Downloaded “Pixelcut” app just used the trial for one time only, and not satisfied with the app features. Apple Store had charged me for one year subscription even I had cancelled the subscription by the next day.

Raised the refund request twice but requests being declined with the reason “not meet the condition of refund”. Let’s me feel Apple Store is just a scam, the system let people purchase the rubbish app, and not allowed for refund!

Contacted the customer service by message, but get the below reply:

I’m afraid the Apple advisors, have no inherence in the decision for the refund, since all the request made either in the website or over online support, are sent to the designated internal team for evaluation.

When the decision is made, it will be according the Apple terms and conditions.

It is helpless of being an Apple user.

Did you actually cancel the trial subscription properly? Deleting an app doesn't cancel a subscription. If you didn't, then at the end of the trial it would automatically become an authorized paid subscription.

If you canceled the subscription properly, your final option is to speak to Customer Relations. Call the support number and immediately request that your issue be escalated to Customer Relations. Don't speak to the 1st tier agent about the issue, calmly and firmly request that your call be escalated to Customer Relations. When a person identifies themselves as a Customer Relations agent, explain your issue.
