Change passcode

Want to change passcode but i cant find ”Face id and passcode” in settings. It doesnt exist where it supposed to be. And when I search for it the phone doesnt find it. What is wrong?

You must have restrictions enabled in Screen Time. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Passcode Changes. This must be set to allow. You can also shut off Content & Privacy Restrictions entirely. Of course if Screen Time has a passcode preventing changes you will need to enter that first.
