It seems you need help in adjusting a Bluetooth accessory to work with your Apple Watch.
You may need to check the instructions that came with your hearing device, or to contact the manufacturer or their support team. (eg: check their website.) Some hearing devices may require an app in order to work properly with your Apple device.
We do not know which WatchOS version you are using on your Watch, or if the hearing device is compatible.
Sometimes you may need an update. This could be needed either for the Watch, or for the firmware on the hearing aids. Your hearing specialist may be able to help ensure they are compatible.
