Apple Cash not allowing minor to enable use I am the organizer for a minor under 18 trying to set up Apple Cash. When I go to enable Apple Cash on her device it gives and error stating “this person already has Apple Cash enabled” but she is unable to enable it because on her device when she tries to enable it, it says she is under the age requirements to use Apple Cash. Anyone else having this problem? How do we fix it?

Child's apple cash set-up repeatedly unsuccessful "apple cash unavailable" message Hello, I have 2 child accounts under our shared family plan for my 11 &12 year olds. I have attempted multiple times over the course of several months and many attempted fixes to set up apples cash for my 12 year old, now consistently receiving "apple cash not available at this time" error. We have confirmed all phone settings as advised in online searches. On a whim I attempted to set up for my 11 year old, just to check, and that went through without issue. I believe I have all the same settings/restrictions set to both accounts so I cannot figure our why we are having this consistent problem. Any advice? Thank you!

Hello, welcome to Apple Support Community!

Please note that Apple Cash is only available for those 18 and older who live in the United States.

Apple Cash Family allows Family Sharing organizers to share Apple Cash with family members under 18. [EDIT] To my understanding, family members under 13 are not eligible to participate in Apple Cash Family either.
