I am the organizer for a minor under 18 trying to set up Apple Cash. When I go to enable Apple Cash on her device it gives and error stating “this person already has Apple Cash enabled” but she is unable to enable it because on her device when she tries to enable it, it says she is under the age requirements to use Apple Cash. Anyone else having this problem? How do we fix it?
Apple Cash only works for 13 year old and minors. How old is the child? Please follow the instructions in the Apple Support article I linked below and confirm her age is reported correctly.
