Google Translate is not in iCloud and never has been. It is in the App Store.

Why do my downloaded languages disappear in the Translate app on iPhone? Whenever I try to go through translate app, all my downloaded languages disappear and I have to download it again every time. if anyone can help me on this. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
