iOS Google Translate app charges for language downloads

i wanted to add GOOGLE TRANSLATE app because i use this on android phone and pc, but now on my IOS ipad pro, i can't download any language text file, becasue it ask to PAY for it and COST 5e /MOND ?? REALY ??... everywhere its free for years .. and apple wannts you to pay for it.... i am already sorry i bouth an expensive ipad, i can't do not even half i can do on pc or android... and even it is way, way behind the posibilitise that windows has.... it feels like back to the old shool time where everting was still in development
