When I use Siri to go onto a supported webpage, it doesn’t work it stays loading for like a minute then has a green lock and the website title is green, I’ve tried restarting clearing browser cache, but nothing will work, this is also Apple Watch SE 2nd gen on newest watchOS version.
Please help it’s been not working for weeks now.

Just to be on the safe side try AppleDOTcom and see if that opens for you. Text message it to yourself on your iphone and open it on your watch. Click on the link and see if it opens for you. You need to know that the Apple Watch does has a browser but it will open a web page. Links in the web page are clickable.
I just used Siri to go to a web page… “Go to Apple.com.” It open search results and I clicked on the top one and that brought me to Apple’s opening web page.
Try text messaging the URL to yourself and see if that works.

Seems like that didn’t work still, it does the green lock then just shows nothing where the actual website page would be visible, I don’t know why it does it though it does seem like it’s trying as when I scroll using the Digital Crown it seems like there is the actual webpage as it has the length for scrolling but it’s doesn’t show.
That still didn’t work. I don’t know how this even started
