It is possible to make any light source a projection bulb but that doesn’t mean that it is effective. The iPhone flashlight is NOT designed to be a continuous light source to be used as a projection bulb. It is neither bright enough nor is it big enough. By the way, the iPhone’s flashlight will never project the contents of an iPhone on an external screen. Things are not designed for what you are asking.
