Hi, i just have a few questions, i am trying to download a app on my iphone 14 and it is saying " your account has been disabled in the app store and itunes " just trying to reach out to see if that can be fixed?

my iphone in my app store is telling me its disabled and im trying to get it not disabled

iPhone 14, iOS 17
