Backing up iCloud files

The beginning of the year always means re-adjusting. I have moved all my stuff to iCloud. Besides the usual Documents & Photos, I also added 2 quite large folders to my iCloud that contain other photos & pics outside of Photos. I am trying to deal with Adobe doing away with syncing--but that's another issue......

I have used CCCloner for decades to backup to a SSD, but now that all my stuff is in iCloud, I am wondering how can I use CCCloner (or other item) to do a daily backup of documents, photos, & other folders recently added to iCloud. Space isn't an issue. I've got a 1 TB HDD on iMac, 1 TB SSD for backup & 2 TB iCloud space. Currently, I have a total of less than 600 GB data used.
