Apple TV Blinking Light No Start Up

Today we had a short storm in which I lost power to the house briefly. Apple TV was not in use during this storm.

when I went and tried to use it it wouldn’t start the apps that I was using and I tried restarting it. It came up with a Bluetooth connection symbol and prompted me to start a “repair” program from my phone. I tried to do so but it has been completely unresponsive since, turned off and hasn’t done anything for over an hour.

i tried restarting the Apple TV device, unplugging only after waiting 1.5 hours. I unplugged all connections including hdmi from tv, apple device, and wall and I tried forcing a restart via the remote. Nothing has changed. It blinks 3 times very fast and then continues to blink at a regular pace with its white light.

no response from tv or phone, and I’m unable to use the remote to do anything.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
