iPhone15 pro -- Camera lens cover protector does not fit as expected -- OtterBox Defender Series Pro Case for iPhone 15 Pro

Issue with iPhone15 Pro and OtterBox Defender Series Pro Case for iPhone 15 Pro

Bought OttorBox defender pro and camera lens cover protector separately. The lens cover does not stay in the slot as expected. Never had this issue until iPhone14.

Tried to put the lens cover before OtterBox protection cover, and it will not lock the OtterBox. Tried after putting the OtterBox cover, and it will not stay.

I am sure others have this issue and can someone provide a workaround or fox?
