Toyota CarPlay Microphone Icon Pop-Up

I have an iPhone 14 Pro which randomly activates the microphone icon on my new Toyota which has CarPlay. The microphone icon, which pops up during my drives, comes on randomly without me using my phone or even speaking in the vehicle.

I've rebooted my phone, rebooted the audio system in the vehicle and my phone is up-to-date with 17.1.2

I've even turned off microphone access on all of my apps and this keeps happening.

Any suggestions?
