Importing Outlook .pst files (calendar, contacts, tasks) into Mac Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks

I need guidance on how to import Outlook .pst files - Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks - into my Mac Calendar, Contact, and Tasks. Am running Mac OS Sonoma 14.1.2. The .pst files appear in a "On my Computer" file in Outlook for Mac.

Outlook import export greyed out Hello all, I have an iMac (Apple M1) running Ventura 13.4.1. It's about 6 months old. I have Office 365 installed with the apps. I have not used Outlook on this Mac prior to now. Outlook will not allow me to import an email address (Windows) file that a colleague shared. I have yet to find a fix for this online. Both the Import/Export options are greyed out. I have tried dragging it from the email to the contacts tab, saving it to the desktop, and then dragging it. No luck. If you have any ideas or solutions I would appreciate the help! Thank you, Robbin

Imported mail boxes do not appear in Mail I am trying to import mailbox files that I have recovered from a time machine backup. The import process seems to run to completion and I'm prompted to look for the imported mail in "Imported" mail box. But that box does not appear to exist. Looked everywhere including in the On My Mac section of the mailbox list.
